Descaling

•  Minerals in the water can settle on the walls of the inner tank. It's called 

scum. Descale the appliance with citric acid every 2-3 weeks.

•  Pour citric acid into the inner tank (amount of citric acid 20 g per liter 

of water). Pour cold water into the appliance to the maximum level. Stir 

the water in the thermopot. Include it. The boiling process will begin. 

After drain all the water from the jug and rinse it. If the scale has not 

completely disappeared, repeat the entire cleaning procedure again.

•  Turn off the appliance, remove the lid and pour out the water.
•  Fill the thermopot with cold water and boil in the usual way.
•  After that, pour the water to avoid the smell of citric acid. Citric acid is 

a dietary supplement and is safe for health.

Attention!

•  Do not use a dishwasher to clean the appliance.
•  If the color of the inner tank changes above the maximum level, wipe 

the tank with a damp sponge.

Storing

•  Unplug  the  appliance  from  the  power  system,  drain  the  water  (as 

indicated in the Cleaning and Maintenance section), let it cool and dry. 

•  Keep the appliance in a clean, dry place out of reach of children.
•  The cord on the retention time can be cut free rings. Never hang the 

appliance by the cord!

•  Electrical  equipment  have  to  be  stored  in  a  dry  place  at  ambient 

temperature no higher than plus 40 °C with a relative humidity of 70%, 

and the absence of dust, acid and other fumes in surrounding medium 

which affect adversely the materials of the electrical devices. 

Warranty

The warranty period on the territory of the Russian Federation is 1 year.
In the event of a claim under warranty, present the unit in a complete package, 

with original packaging and cashier's receipt to the accredited service center. 

Free  repair  or  replacement  of  the  unit  is  impossible  without  the  cashier's 

receipt.
Accessories defects are not the reason to replace the whole unit.
Defects  in  wear  or  friction  parts,  as  well  as  cleaning,  maintenance  or 

replacement of the friction parts are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty is lost after the opening of the unit by unauthorized persons.
