Assembly Instructions
STEP 1:
Attach the high pressure
hose to the spray gun using teflon
tape on hose threads. Move safety
latch in position to prevent trig-
gering of spray gun.
STEP 4
: Remove shipping cap and
install oil dipstick. Check pump oil
level by using dipstick or observe
oil level in oil window (if equipped).
Use 10W-40 non foaming pump oil.
STEP 7:
Connect the other end of
the water hose to pump water inlet
Inspect inlets.
CAUTION: Do not
run the pump without water or
pump damage will result.

STEP 2:
Pull the spring-loaded
collar of the wand coupler back to
insert your choice of pressure
nozzle.
STEP 5:
Connect the high pressure
hose to the pump discharge fitting.
Push coupler collar forward until
secure.
STEP 3:
Release the coupler collar
and push the nozzle in until the
collar clicks. Pull the nozzle to
make sure it is seated properly.
STEP 6:
Connect one end of hose
to the cold water source.
