INTRODUCTION

The FFLAA58W range was introduced during Dec.2014 for the UK market, manufactured in China.

The interior of the fridge has three glass shelves, one vegetable glass cover and one vegetable bin,
and is fitted with a Water dispenser in the door.

The door has one removable bottle rack, two removable full width commodity racks.

The freezer has four drawers and one standard ice tray.

The thermostat and LED interior light are contained in the control box
mounted on the upper right hand side of the fridge compartment.

The cooling system is partial no-frost, with the freezer being no-frost
with the evaporator mounted to the rear liner of the freezer
compartment and the fridge being a wet wall with the evaporator
mounted behind the rear liner of the fridge compartment.

The evaporator is fitted with a Defrost Heater.

The defrost cycle is controlled by a Defrost Thermostat device
enclosed in a transparent waterproof envelope.

The Defrost Heater is also protected by a one-shot device enclosed in
a transparent waterproof envelope.

Both devices are attached to the top of the evaporator by a cable tie.

Both devices are classed as an assembly connected by a common connector plug.

Refer to the Defrost wiring section for more information.

Note:

 - Defrosting is automatic:
 - Fridge = Residual Air (Wet Wall)
 - Freezer = Heated Defrost (No Frost)

The model has two adjustable front feet are adjustable with 2 fixed rear rollers as part of the base.

The climate class is N.ST signifying that it is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between
+16°C to +43°C.

As with many refrigeration appliances, it is important that it is installed and operated within the
recommended ambient temperature range and that there is adequate ventilation.

The doors are reversible, see page 9.

ANTI-BACTERIA (Hygiene Control)

All models have built in anti-bacterial protection for life of the product.

Food safety is becoming increasingly important to consumers with more and more cases of food
poisoning. Hygiene control is built into the plastic of the fridge interior during manufacture so it cannot
wash or wear out.

It provides permanent protection against bacteria as it reduces on contact the spread of food
poisoning bacteria, which can cause contamination and odour.

It gives extra hygiene reassurance as it kills or inhibits the growth of any bacteria, which may come
into contact with the interior surfaces of the fridge.

Hygiene control is approved safe for use in food contact applications by the European Scientific
Committee for Food and has proven safe over many in personal care and household cleaning
products.
