3.  Unroll the Liner and pull the bottom 

edge downwards so it covers the full 

length of the cannon, fetlock and 

pastern.

Note: 

The top edge of the Liner should 

touch the bottom of the knee and the 

bottom edge of the Liner should rest 

just over the hoof when properly applied 

depending on the length of the forelimb.

Note: 

Take care to ensure the hair is not 

displaced during Liner application.

1.  Grip the Liner with both hands and 

gently pull it up over the fetlock and 

cannon until it reaches the base of the 

knee.

2.  Using both hands, gently smooth out 

any hair that was displaced during Liner 

repositioning. 

5.  Once the Liner is over the horse’s hoof 

set the leg down.

Place Liner in Desired Location

4.  Pull the Liner completely over the hoof.
