5.9 Control lamps
After the engine has been started, the system
will automatically run a control lamp test. The
displays in the dashboard temporarily light up
and the LEDs on the terminal light for a few
seconds (with Topcon X 30).
5.10 Light functions
The operator is responsible for checking the
correct condition of the lighting system before
each travel and use in the field.
5.11 Tyres
Check the tyres every day and before each
travel for cuts or breaks and an apparently too
low air pressure.
Check the tyre pressure at least once every
week with an accurately working tester.
Check the tightness of the wheel nuts.

5.12 Hydrostatic system

Before starting to drive check the complete un-
derside of the machine for apparent leakages.

5.13 Brake system

Before starting to drive check the brake
system, especially the brake calipers for
contamination.

Clean off any dirt before setting off.
¾
After a short travel distance perform a brake
test at low speed.
¾
Check for chafing points (in the marked area)
on the brake hoses!
