Cutting blade roller with good cutting and con-
solidation effect on heavy loam and clay soils.
The aggressiveness of the blades between the
packer rings can be adjusted.
Not recommended for stony soils.
RollPack Packer
RollPack Packer
Large vehicle footprint and thus high load bear-
ing capacity on (very) light soils.
High stability due to U-section rings.
Very low wear on packer rings, because the
U-section picks up soil and protects the rings.
Open packer allowing the soil to flow through it
and thus ensuring good levelling.
Maintenance

Check packer bearings for tight fit.

Check packer shafts for free rotation.
¾
Lubricate the packer bearings at regular in-
tervals.
¾
Check packer segments for wear, deformation
and breakage.
Only for tyre packers:

Check wheels for tight fit.
¾
Check air pressure before use.
Only for SteelDisc packers:
¾
Adjust the scrapers as necessary.
