Caution!
If the supply cord is dam-
aged, it must be replaced by a rec-
ognised workshop in order to avoid hazard.
Care & Maintenance
Prior to every use, visually check the machine
to rule out any defects, in particular on the
power cable and the plug.
Never operate a damaged machine. Have it re-
paired immediately by a recognised workshop
using only original spare parts.
Never clean the machine and its components
with solvents, flammable or toxic liquids.
Lubricate regularly all moving metal parts with
oil (e.g. wheels and the rotary equipment).
Never lubricate the gear ring!
Only a regularly maintained and treated ma-
chine can serve as a satisfactory aid. Insuf-
ficient maintenance and care can lead to un-
foreseen accidents and injuries.
Operation
Mixture production:
1. Add water and a couple of additive shovels
like sand (1), gravel (2), etc. (see page VIII)
2. Add a couple of binder shovels (cement,
lime, etc.)
3. Repeat points 1 and 2 until the required
mixture ratio is achieved.
4. Let the mixture mix up properly.
See page VII for the right positioning of the
drum:
•
Choose position I on the adjusting plate for
mortar
•
Choose position II on the adjusting plate for
concrete
Before carrying out any work on
the machine, disconnect the plug
from the power supply.
Fill and empty the mixer drum
only when the motor is running.
Check the mixer for stability. The full
mixer drum is heavy - be careful when
emptying the drum.
Intended Use
The concrete mixer has been designed to be
used both in house and in the garden exclu-
sively for concrete and mortar production by
persons from 16 years of age.
Any other use or modification to the machine
not described in this manual is considered as
improper use and could cause considerable
dangers. Improper use will void any warranty
claim.
