Using the unit control panel:
Button functions:
Power button:
Press and release to toggle on and off. Hold when control is off to go into
program mode. When display reads
P1
use the up and down buttons to toggle through
settings/mode.
For
Automatic Mode
select “0”, for
Cool Mode
select “1”, for
Heat Mode
select “2”.
When in program mode do not touch any buttons other than the
up
and
down
buttons. The other
functions are used to set up the controller and can be very complicated.
Up button:
Press and release to display the temperature setting. Press and hold the Up button to
increase the temperature. Set point increases one degree each time the button is pressed.
Down button:
Press and release to display the temperature setting. Press and hold the Down button
to decrease the temperature. Set point decreases one degree each time the button is pressed.
Fan button:
Press to advance through the available fan settings. One through six indicates Manual
Fan Speeds. One is the lowest fan speed and six is the highest fan speed. The
letter “A” displays when
automatic fan operation is selected.
