BUILDING PRECAUTIONS
During assembly, we recommend resting the parts on a soft surface such as a soft towel to help prevent denting the
sheeting.
REMOVING WRINKLES
The covering of your model may develop wrinkles during shipping and will require the use of a heat gun (HAN100)
and covering glove (HAN150) or covering iron (HAN101) with a sealing iron sock (HAN141) to remove them. Use
caution while working around areas where the colors overlap to prevent separating the colors. Avoid using too much
heat, which could separate the colors. Placing a cool damp cloth on adjacent colors will also help in preventing the
separation of the colors while removing wrinkles.

CHECKING THE AILERON SERVOS
1.
Pull the aileron servo leads through the holes in the top of the
wing.
2.
Connect the aileron servo to the receiver. Center the aileron
stick and trim. Check that the pushrod is 90-degrees to the
servo arm. If not, either remove the servo arm and adjust, or
use the sub-trim when using a computer radio.
3.
Check the aileron to make sure it is aligned with the wing.
4.
If the aileron is not aligned, disconnect the clevis and thread it
in or out to correct the alignment of the aileron.
5.
Once adjusted, reconnect the clevis to the aileron control
horn. Slide the silicone retainer over the forks of the clevis to
prevent it from disconnecting from the control horn
Repeat this section for the remaining wing panel.
