Changing the filters
Ensure that the backpack vacuum cleaner is not connected to the mains power when performing
any maintenance duties.
This backpack is fitted with a HEPa (high efficiency particulate air) exhaust filter which removes harmful
particles from the air.
1. To change the HEPa filter, remove the exhaust grill from the base
of the machine.
2. Remove the used HEPa filter (by pulling on the tab on the filter) and
replace with a new one.
When replacing the HEPa filter ensure it is lifted correctly. The tab on
the filter needs to be facing towards the front.
3. Replace the exhaust grill once completed.
