Vacuum won’t
turn on
1. Battery is not correctly inserted
into the product.
1. Check the battery is inserted correctly
into the product. (Pg. 5)
2. The battery in not charged.
2. Remove and charge battery.
3. Battery is too hot.
3. Remove and let cool for 30 minutes.
Replace battery.
4. The motor Thermostat has
tripped.
4. Switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
Leave for one hour before switching the
vacuum cleaner back on.
Product turns off
while in use
1. Battery is discharged.
1. Remove and charge battery.
2. Battery is too hot.
2. Remove and let cool for 30 min. Replace battery.
3. The motor Thermostat has

Vacuum won’t
pick up properly
1. The dirt container is full.

2. Dirt container is not installed
correctly.
2. Remove the dirt container from the unit by
pressing the dirt container release button
(Pg. 8) and reattach it to the unit, ensuring it
is locked firmly back into place.
3. Filter is clogged.

4. The separator is clogged

Brushbar won’t
rotate
1. Brushbar switch is off.

LED is not lit
when the battery
is inserted into
the charger
1. Wall charger is not plugged in. 1. Check that the wall charger is plugged in.
2. Battery is inserted incorrectly
into the charger.

the charger (Pg. 5).
3. The battery is not communi-
cating with the charger.
3. Remove battery and unplug charger, wait
10 seconds, then plug charger into socket
and reinsert battery.
LED flashes twice
followed by a 1
sec. off period
1. The battery is too hot or cold.
1. Leave the battery in the charger. When
the battery reaches the correct temperature,
the battery will start charging automatically.
LED is flashing
continually
1. Battery is inserted incorrectly
into the charger.
1. Check the battery is inserted correctly into
the charger.
2. The battery or charger has
detected an error.
2. Remove battery and unplug charger, wait
10 seconds, then plug charger into socket
and reinsert battery.
LED flashes/stays
lit after battery is
removed
1. This is normal if within 10 sec
of battery removal.
1. If it still flashes after 10 seconds, unplug
charger, wait 10 sec., then plug charger
into socket.
