Quest is not charging
Error 1: Red LED blinks,
Blue LED is ON
Error 6: Red LED blinks ,Blue
LED blinks. Continuous beeps
of 30 sec length
Error 3: Red LED blinks, Blue
LED is ON. 2 long beeps.
Battery may not be charged.
Check the battery indicator and charge if it indicates low battery.
The power switch on the bottom of the Quest may be OFF.
Indicates battery is too low.
AC adapter might not have been plugged properly.
Ensure that AC adapter is plugged properly on Docking Station as well as Wall outlet.
Power Button on the bottom of the Quest might be OFF.
Flip the power switch ON on the bottom of your Quest.
Quest is not docked properly.
Pick up your Quest and manually dock it so charging pins are aligned
Indicates that Drive wheel, Side brush or Main brush is stuck. Turn OFF your Quest and remove dirt and hair from wheels
and wheel posts. See Page18 for instructions.
Indicates that Quest's cliff sensors on all 3 sides are sensing
object so it is stuck.
Move Quest to a different location and restart.
indicates dust bin is not installed or installed incorrectly.
Indicates Quest's bumper is stuck.
It could be caused by dirt and hair stuck around the wheel.
It could be caused by dirt and hair stuck around the wheel.
Turn OFF your Quest and remove dirt and hair from wheels and wheel posts. See
Page 19 for instructions to remove side brush.
Turn OFF your Quest and remove dirt and hair from wheels and wheel posts. See
Page 18 for instructions.
Turn OFF your Quest and install the dust bin. See Page 15 for instructions.
Charge your Quest. See Page 9 for instructions.
Flip the power switch ON and start your Quest.
