3.2.a Adjusting the dose (Fig. 9)
•
Start the machine as described in paragraph 3.3 and
hold a glass up to the light at the end of the cycle.
•
The drops of water on the glass will indicate insufficient
dosage while streaks will indicate that the dosage is
excessive either in relation to density or quantity.
•
Regulate by means of the plug (26), turning clockwise
to decrease the quantity of anticlockwise to increase it.
IMPORTANT
These data are indicative and not binding since they may
vary according to the hardness of the water or the utilized
type of detergent and rinsing agent.
ATTENTION
It the utilized product (detergent or rinsing agent) is
changed, it is advisable to flush out the dosing system with
water and to then proceed by filling the dispensers.
3.3 PREPARING THE MACHINE AND THE
WASHING OPERATIONS
3.3.a PREPARING THE MACHINE (Fig. 1)
1. Turn on the main power switch prior to the machine.
2. Turn on the cold water cock.
3. Press button (1) Fig. 1. The washing tub will
automatically start to fill.
4. Make sure that the detergent and rinsing agent cans
have enough product for daily use.
5. Wait until the water in the boiler tank has reached the
preset temperature, indicated by warning light (3) Fig.
1.
3.3.b WASHING OPERATIONS (Fig 1)
1. Load the dirty crockery into the basket according to the
configuration of the machine.
2. Open the door and fit the basket into the tub, then shut
the door again.
3. Press START button (2) to start the cycle, indicated by
light (4) Fig. 1.
The cycle will start even though the temperature of
the water in the boiler is lower than the set minimum
value. The dishwasher will continue the washing
phase until the minimum temperature has been
reached and will then proceed with the draining
and rinsing phase.
IMPORTANT
Keep the tub door closed between one cycle and the next
to prevent the water in the tub from cooling.
ATTENTION
Door opening during the cycle will block machine operation
in the same way as an EMERGENCY device.
•
Light (4) Fig. 1 will flash. Close the door again and
press the START button (2) Fig. 1 within 10 seconds
and the cycle will continue from where it left off,
otherwise light (4) will go out and the START button
must be pressed to start the cycle from the beginning.
3.3.c STOPPING THE CYCLE IN PROGRESS
•
Press the START button (2) Fig. 1 to inhibit a cycle in
progress.
•
Press the START button (2) again within 10 seconds
to continue the cycle from where it left off, otherwise the
cycle will start from the beginning.
ATTENTION
If the door is accidentally opened, the cycle will stop and
light (4) Fig. 1 will flash. Press the START button (2) within
10 seconds to continue with the cycle from where it left off,
otherwise it will start again from the beginning.
3.3.d No water during the cycle
The machine will block and the cycle will not be terminated
if there is insufficient water during the rinsing phase. In this
case, cycle warning light (4) Fig. 1 will flash very quickly
and the dishwasher will set to the alarm status.
It is necessary to quit the alarm status by disconnecting
the line switch (1) Fig. 1 and to then press the START (2)
button to begin the cycle from the start.
ATTENTION
When the filling or the rinse does not finish within 1
minutes, the machine stops in alarm and the orange cycle
lamp (4) flashes quickly.
This can be caused by no water or by low pressure in the
mais water supply.
3.3.e SELF-EMERGENCY
•
According to their type, the faults are indicated by one
of the flashing warning lights (3), (4), (5), (6).
•
Switch off the machine by pressing the line button (1)
Fig. 1) and wait a few minutes, then turn the machine
on again and make sure that it operates correctly.
Contact the technical assistance service if the fault
persists.
3.3.f Manual drain (Fig. 1)
To manually empty the water from the tub, switch off the
line button (1) Fig. 1 and push the START button (2), the
empty is temporized and after 30 s the pump will be
stopped.
