agent contain sufficient product for daily needs.
4. Set switch “A” to position 1 to enable the automatic
wash tank filling and the consequent triggering of the
heating element. The lamp “B” is on.
5. As soon as visual indicator “C” is ON, pour about 30 gr.
of detergent directly into the tank, paying attention to
distribute it uniformly on the filters, the quantity being
according to supplier’s instructions. Add 15 gr. every 7
cycles to achieve a concentration of 1,5 gr./lt. In order
to respect our environment, use only the correct amount
of detergent.
When using chlorinated detergent, it is suggested to
use an automatic dispenser; otherwise, brownish
spots might appear on the surfaces due to chlorine
reactions. Detergent should always be placed near
the pump filter.
6. Then, introduce the glasses or the cups to wash,
after having removed the solid waste and having
placed them into the proper racks. The cups and the
glasses should be turned upside down, while the
cutlery should be put vertically into the proper
container, and the same applies to dishware.
7. By means of switch "1/2" select the wash cycle
according to conditions of the dishware :
with particularly dirty dishes or deep dishes select the
long cycle (pos.2)
with normally dirty dishes select the short cycle
(pos.1)
8. Close the door and press the “E” button to start
cycle, the end of which will be indicated by the
switching off of the “D” lamp.
N.B.: Machine in conformity with the existing hygienic
standards, guaranteeing a final rinse at 82
°
C. Wash
cycle automatically lengthened if final rinse temperature
is not reached. When this auto-cycle intervenes and the
cycle is pro-longed, after 5 minutes the "D" indicator
flashes to indicate this intervention (water supply tem-
perature is likely to be the problem, otherwise contact
an assistance center since it is a rinse water heating
intervention.)
To avoid the machine blocking in this intervention, after
8 minutes the intervention is stopped and the cycle
continues.
To disactivate this safety measure, put the minidip "12"
on microswitch "1" to the OFF position
9.Remove the rack and slightly incline it to permit a
perfect drain; allow dishware to dry and after having
washed oneís hands, handle the rack in order not to
touch the dishware inside then place the rack on
hygienically clean shelves.
10. When the wash operation has been completed put
the switch "A" in position "0"; drain the tank pulling out
the overflow pipe, close the front door and put the
switch "A" in position "1" for a few minutes making the
cleaning of the machine easier.
For machines with drain pump pull out the overflow
pipe, then with closed door and machine switched on
push button"N" for the drain cycle, will be indicated by
the switching on the "S" light.
After that pull out and clean the tank strainer, for further
use of the machine put the switch "A" in position "0" and
switch on the machine.
11. When the washing is finished, switch off the
equipment by turning off the main supply through the
general wall switch and close the water supply.
ATTENTION
Door opening during the cycle will block machine operation
in the same way as an EMERGENCY device.
To interrupt the cycle, open the tub door in the following
way:
•
Slightly open the tub door. Wait a few seconds for the
water pressure in the rods to drop, then completely
open the door.
•
This operation is very important since it prevents the
operator from being wetted or scalded as during the
rinsing phase, the water reaches a temperature of
90
°
C.
•
Close the door and the cycle will continue from where
it was interrupted.
3.3.b Changing the water (Fig. 10)
This operation must be carried out after every 10 cycles or
so, depending on the amount of accumulated dirt.
1. Switch off the machine as indicated in paragraph 3.3.d,
then lift the overflow (21) and allow the tub to completely
drain.
2. Fit the overflow (21) back into its housing and repeat
the machine preparation operations as indicated in
paragraph 3.3.a.
3.3.c Switch-off (Fig. 9)
At the end of the work day, set the line switch (A) to position
“0” OFF, disconnect the main switch installed prior to the
machine and turn off the water delivery cock.
ATTENTION
Disconnect the main circuit-breaker prior to the machine
and turn off the water delivery cocks if the dishwasher is
faulty or operates badly.
Only allow technicians from the manufacturer’s authorized
after-sales service center to make repairs.
4. CLEANING (Fig. 10)
4.1 General information
Strict compliance with the maintenance instructions in this
section will keep your machine in a good working condition
and will notably reduce the need for repairs.
ATTENTION
If any machine component becomes faulty, FIRST CHECK
that all the instructions given in the previous paragraphs
have been complied with during use.
Repairs must be carried out immediately, as soon as the
fault occurs. This will prevent the trouble from becoming
worse and damaging other parts.
