7.3 Equipment Required
Precision equipment is a necessity
You will need precision equipment to accurately recalibrate these subsystems.
CAUTION
Do not attempt recalibration without proper equipment and working knowledge of the
equipment.
The following table lists typical precision test equipment that can be used.

Equipment requirements
The following equipment requirements are recommended.
A precision voltage source and a Digital Multimeter is required for thermocouple, voltage, and
current calibration.
A precision thermocouple simulator is required to verify the accuracy of the thermocouple inputs.
A precision resistor of the appropriate value is required for each RTD input to be calibrated.
