Replacing the batteries
Replace the batteries as soon as the LED of the remote control shows
red or does not light up when a selection button is pressed (exception:
remote control is disabled, the LED flashes red).
Replacing the batteries

Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the remote control.

Remove the batteries and dispose of them in a manner which does not
damage the environment.
Note: Always replace both batteries.
Only use the following battery types:
•
Micro batteries*: Alkali manganese LR03 (durability approx. 2 years)
or:
•
1.5 V rechargeable: LR03 (durability approx. ¾ year)
Caution
Ensure that the batteries are poled correctly!
The batteries may discharge.

Ensure that the batteries are poled correctly when inserting them into
the battery compartment.
►
Close the battery compartment.
The remote control can be used again.
