DIP SWITCH PRE AND POST CONFIGURATION
IMPORTANT!
Before powering up the E10039 turn all 4 dip switches to Off (down postion).

Plug the power supply in Ethernet Key. The Red PWR and Green Ready LED light should illuminate as shown below.
