Adding Items to a List
At appropriate spots, lists can be extended by adding new items to the lists. Lists
which can be extended, are indicated by the
Add
command symbol:

Example
Adding a calendar entry to a calendar.
1. On the controller housing, press the time program operating key
. The
TIME PROGRAMS
menu displays.
2. Turn the rotate&push button to navigate to and highlight
Calendars
.
3. Push the rotate&push button to. The
Calendar List
menu is displayed.
4. Turn the rotate&push button to navigate to and highlight the calendar.
5. Push the rotate&push button. The
Calendar
menu is displayed showing all
calendar entries.
6. To add a new entry, press the topmost soft key adjacent to the
Add
command symbol
.
The
New Entry
screen displays. Here you can select the entry type from date,
date range, week and day, and custom.
7. Turn the rotate&push button to navigate to and highlight, e.g.
Date
. The
following screen displays.
Here you can edit the entry title line by using the command symbols via
adjacent soft keys (see "Editing Text of New Entry" section, p. 31). After
