11. P ress th e 90DM4 onto th e p lastic b ase (latc h es will c lic k ). F asten
th e sc rews at th e top of th e unit to loc k unit into p lac e.
Note: Vulcain uses ft/
minute velocity rules, however other industries or
companies use CFM: To convert from CFM to velocity (ft/
minute),
divide the flow by the area (Example: In a 2 ft x 4 ft duct, where
the area is 8 sq. ft
with a CFM of 30,000, the air velocity will be
