Change User Credentials
If you are not using a password server to authorize user logins to the
reader, change the default user name and password.

Log in to the web browser interface and click Security > Passwords.

Configure the User Credential settings.

Click Activate Changes to save your changes.
User Credential Settings
User Credential settings control the user name and password you use to
log in to the reader.

Description
Username
The user name to log in to the reader. The user name can be from
1 to 32 characters long. You must always specify a user name.
Default is

Password
The password to log in to the reader. This password gives you
both read and write access to the reader configuration. The
password can be from 8 to 32 characters long. You must always
specify a password. Default is
intermec
.
Read-only password
The password to log in to the reader. This password gives a user
read-only access. The user can view the configuration of the
reader and execute diagnostics, but cannot perform any tasks that
affect the reader operation. Default is read only.
The read-only password cannot be deleted. To disable read-only
access, you need to enable the RADIUS server.
