Overview of the assembly
Front device
with electronic
Back case
The use of the universal back case, serves for
- surface mounting or
- for cavity wall mounting
of the TouchScreen ControlPanel.
For cavity wall mounting, 4 additional
mounting claws with screws are included with
the control panel.
After mounting the front unit with the
electronics is inserted and screwed in place
the rear panel of the unit.
For the different types of installation, please
refer to the following chapters!

The BUS connecting cable

When BUS-2 actors are connected in series, the cable shield in the housing of the TouchScreen
ControlPanel must be connected to an appropriate terminal.
Keep the shield connections as short as possible to avoid the risk of short circuits, and insulate shield
wires using insulation tubing, for example.

The terminal connection 1 and terminal connection 2
are connected in parallel.
Possible number of TouchScreen ControlPanel, which can be operated to a control panel:
- MB-12, 561-MB24/48/100.10/256 plus:
total max. 12
- MB-Secure:
total max. 50, max. 10 per BUS-2 line
The TouchCenter must not be used in
conjunction with the loop module BUS-2
(013220.07.10).
