OPERATION

5.Turn the ignition switch to the 

ON position.

6.Hold the carrying handle or 

frame and pull the starter grip 

lightly until you feel resistance, 

and then pull briskly in the 

direction of the arrow as shown 

below.

Do not allow the recoil starter 

grip to snap back against the 

engine. Return it gently to 

prevent damage to the starter.

7.If the choke lever was moved to 

the CLOSED position to start the 

engine, gradually move it to the 

OPEN position as the engine 

warms up.
