If a Fuse Blows
Taking Care of the Unexpected
Main Fuse Access
Replacing a f use with one that has a higher rating greatly increases
the chance of damage to the electrical system.
To prevent an accidental short circuit, turn the ignition switch OFF

) before checking or replacing the fuse.
To access the fuse, remove the seat (page ).
Remove the fuse holder assembly ( ).
Pull the old fuse out of the fuse holder ( ).
Push the new fuse in to the fuse holder.
If you do not have a replacement fuse with the proper rating for the
circuit, install one with a lower rating.
Install the fuse holder assembly and seat.
