Throttle lever

The throttle lever controls engine speed from SLOW to FAST, it will stay 

in any designated position.

Choke lever

The choke is used to provide proper starting mixture when the engine is 

cold.

It can be opened and closed by operating the valve lever manually. 

Move the lever to the CLOSED position to enrich the mixture.
