causeinjury/damage.

Takecareagainstinjuryfromanyde-vicefittedfor
trimmingthefilamentlinelength.Afterextending
newcutterlinealwaysreturnthemachinetoits
normaloperatingpositionbeforeswitchingon.

Switchoffwhentransportingthemachinetoand
fromtheareatobeworkedon.
f
Switchoffandremovethebatteryfromthebattery
cartridge:
– wheneveryouleavethemachineunattendedfor
anyperiod,
– beforeclearingablockage,
– beforereplacingthecuttinghead,
– beforechecking,cleaningorworkingonthe
machine,
– afterstrikingaforeignobject.Inspectthemachine
fordamageandmakerepairsasnecessary,
– ifthemachinestartstovibrateabnormally(check
immediately).

Warning: Switch off and remove battery from
machine before adjusting or cleaning.

Use correct battery and charger.
f
Always wear protective gloves when handling or
working near the sharp blades.

Please use the correct guards with the correct
cutting heads.

To ensure long and reliable service, carry out the
following maintenance regularly:

Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight using tool
kitprovidedtobesurethatthemachineisinsafe
working conditions .

Examinethemachineandreplacewornordamaged
partsforsafety.

Ensure Honda approved correct replacement parts
are used .
f
HavethemachinerepairedonlybyanHonda
authorised service dealer .
Cleaning
f
Before transport or storage ensure machine is
clean and free from debris, if necessary clean with
a soft, dry brush.
f
Thefollowingcleaningscheduleshouldbecarried
outafterevery10hoursofwork:
– Removeslipplateandthoroughlycleanarea
below .
– Openbumpheadspoolandremoveanydebris.

Warning! Do not attempt to charge non rechargeable
batteries with the charger .

Insertingthebatterypackintothemachinewiththe
switch on is dangerous .
f
Ensurebatteryistherightwayup.
f
Insertthebatteryuntilthelockingmechanismclicks.
Toremovethebattery,operatelockinglever.Take
carenottodropthebatterythroughthehole.

For care use and maintenance please use charger
