Differential lock cable adjustment
FREE PLAY
DIFFERENTIAL LOCK LEVER

DIFFERENTIAL LOCK CABLE
If the differential lock cable is not fully adjusted, it may become
impossible to replace the differential.
Ajust the differential lock lever so that the end has the free play
dimensions shown in the figure.
Free play: 1.0
4.0 mm (0.04 0.16 in)
Adjust by loosening the lock nut and turning the adjusting nut.
Check and adjustment should be made with the handlebar in the 2
nd position from the bottom.
After the lever has been adjusted, tighten the lock nut securely.
