If a Tire Goes Flat

Temporarily Repairing a Flat Tire

Plug in the compressor to the accessory
power socket.

Be careful not to pinch the cord in a
door or window.

Accessory Power Socket

Turn the power switch to ACCESSORY

(

In freezing temperatures, turn the
power switch to ON

(

Turn the air compressor switch on to
inflate the tire.

The compressor starts to inject air into
the tire.

If you have started the power system,
leave it running while injecting air.

10.

Inflate the tire to the specified air pressure.

11.

Turn off the kit.

Check the pressure gauge on the air
compressor.

If overinflated, press the deflate button.

12.

Unplug the kit from the accessory power
socket.

13.

Unscrew the air hose from the tire valve
stem. Reinstall the valve cap.

14.

Push the deflate button until the gauge
returns 0 psi (0 kPa).

15.

Repackage and properly stow the kit.
