Remove the air cleaner element by

releasing the slots from the tabs.

Thoroughly clean the inside of the air

cleaner housing.

Install the new air cleaner element.

Insert the air cleaner element at an

angle as shown in the illustration (

Secure the air cleaner element by hooking

its slots with the tabs on the air cleaner

housing (

Make sure the air cleaner element is

installed securely.

Install the parts in the reverse order of

removal.
