speedometer.

Steering is Locked. Engine and lights
cannot be operated.
Key can be removed

Engine and lights cannot be operated.
Key can be removed

Engine can be operated
Turn signal,
passing light control switch,
horn and hazard switch can be operated.
Position light, meter light and tail light will
glow.
Headlight glow only when the engine is
running
Key cannot be removed
