If You Have a Flat Tire
Taking Care of the Unexpected
Align the index line ( ) of the axle
shaft with the surface (
) of the fork
leg.
Failure to provide adequate disc-to-caliper
body clearance may damage the brake
discs and impair braking efficiency.
Operate the front brake and pump the
fork several times.
Temporarily tighten the axle pinch bolts
on the left fork leg until lightly seated.
Install the caliper fixing bolts and
tighten to the specified torque:
Fit the brake disc carefully between the
brake pads to avoid damaging the pads.
Tighten the axle bolt to the specified
torque:
Tighten the axle pinch bolt on the right
fork leg to the specified torque:
