FLOAT LEVEL GAUGE
FLOAT LEVEL INSPECTION
NOTE:
Set the float level gauge so that it is perpendicular to the
float chamber face at the highest position of the float.
With the float valve seated and the float arm just touching
the valve, measure the float level with the float level gauge.
TOOL:
Float level gauge
07401 – 0010000
FLOAT LEVEL: 13 mm ( 0.5 in)
The float cannot be adjusted.
Replace the float assembly if the float level is out of
specification.
Install a new O-ring into the groove in the float chamber
cover. O-RING

FLOAT
FLOAT VALVE
Hang the float valve onto the float arm lip.
Install the float valve, float and float pin.
COVER
Install the float chamber cover and tighten the three
screws.
