15. Install the receiver line, the discharge hose, and the condenser line.

RECEIVER LINE

(Receiver-dryer fitting)

Apply a few drops of

refrigerant oil to the fitting,

then connect the

condenser line to the

receiver-dryer with a

6 x 25 mm flange bolt

(95701-06025-08). Torque

the bolt to 10 N

.

m (7 lb-ft).

Apply a few drops

of refrigerant oil

to the fitting,

then connect the

receiver line to the

receiver-dryer with a

6 x 25 mm flange bolt

(95701-06025-08).

Torque the bolt to

10 N

.

m (7 lb-ft).

Tilt the radiator and condenser back

into place, and install the condenser line.

Apply a few drops of refrigerant oil to the fitting,

then connect the condenser line to the condenser

with a 6 x 25 mm flange bolt (95701-06025-08).

Torque the bolt to 10 N

.

m (7 lb-ft).

Slide the receiver-dryer fitting on the receiver

line through the cutout in the bulkhead.

Release this wire

harness clip.

Torque the fitting to 13 N

.

m (9 lb-ft).

Make sure you use a second

wrench to hold the other fitting.

Apply a few drops of refrigerant oil to

this fitting, then connect the receiver

line to the evaporator by moving the

vehicle harness aside. Loosely install

the fitting; do not tighten at this time.

Snap the receiver

line into the clamp.

Install the

receiver line clamp

(80381-SV7-A01).

Install the receiver

line clamp

(80381-SV7-A01)

to the suction

hose bracket

(80363-S84-A00).

Snap the receiver line

into the clamp.

Secure the suction hose

bracket using the 6 mm bolt

removed from the battery

cable holder.

Tilt the radiator and condenser toward the engine,

and install the discharge hose. Apply a few drops of

refrigerant oil to the fitting, then connect the discharge

hose to the condenser with a 6 x 25 mm flange bolt

(95701-06025-08). Torque the bolt to 10 N

.

m (7 lb-ft).
