Operation
The lower push-button is defined for the functions
OFF, DOWN or DARKER, the upper push-button for
the functions ON, UP or BRIGHTER.
A general distinction is also made between pressing
and releasing the button (button pressed for under 4
seconds) and pressing and holding down the button
(button pressed for more than 4 seconds).
Pressing the button and holding it down can trigger an
additional function for some actuators:
with a dimmer, for example, pressing the button at the
top or bottom and holding it down will dim or brighten
the light by degrees.
The description of the upper and lower push-button
can be configured only via the Homematic WebUI user
interface.
