The “Status Bar” at the bottom of the screen will show your Body Fat and Body Water
condition as low/ normal/moderate/ or high.  
See “Body Fat % Range Charts” for recommended body fat levels.

To Replay Last Measurement:

1.  With power off, push (MEMORY) button to enter replay mode. The weight / body fat

result screen from the last measurement taken will display.

2.  Press (

) or (

) button to scroll through the result screens for the same

measurement.

To Clear Memory:

1.  While the power is off, press either the (

) or (

) button to toggle between Memory 

locations.

2.  If the selected memory is occupied, press both (

) / (

) at the same time to clear the 

content of the selected Memory.

To Turn Off the Scale:

To turn the scale off, press “

Power

” key. Or, if no key has been pressed, the unit turns off

automatically after 15 seconds.  

Body Fat & Body Water Measuring Operation without Memory:

1.  Follow steps1-5 in “

Programming Personal Data into Memory

” section.

2. Step on the scale with bare feet.

Weight Reading Only:

1. Step onto the scale; stand still while the scale computes your weight.

2. The scale turns off by itself after use.

NOTE

Place the Analyzer/Scale on a firm, flat surface to achieve best accuracy.

3.  Step on the scale with bare feet.  Stand still while the unit measures your weight.  

The weight will display for 2 seconds. Remain standing on the scale.

4.  Then it starts to measure body fat and total body water.  The measurement pattern will

be shown on the display during these measurements.

5.  The measurements finish with 1 long 

beep

.  Remain standing on the scale. The body

fat percentage will be shown on the 1st row of the display. The current weight will be
shown on the 2nd row of the display. The status bar will show your BF condition.

6.  After 5 seconds, total body water % is shown on the 1st row of the display. The current

weight is still shown on the 2nd row of the display. The status bar will show your TBW
condition.

7.  After 5 seconds, your Daily Calorie Reference is shown on the 1st row of the display. The

“PC” (Personal Calorie) icon appears in the lower left hand corner. The current weight is
shown on the 2nd row of the display.

8.  After 5 seconds, the 1st row will show your ideal daily calorie requirement or “IC” based

on your ideal body fat % and ideal weight 

(after you reach it)
