HELPFUL TIPS

NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.

SMOKING

During first use, you may notice slight smoking or a slight odor; this is normal with most

new appliances. Allow the appliance to preheat until smoke and odor no longer exists.

SERVING TIPS

To keep foods from drying out, cover each dish with aluminum foil until serving time.
It is important to maintain all cooked foods at a minimum of 140ºF (60°C) over an

extended period of time to prevent any food borne illness. It is recommended to

periodically check the temperature of the food with a food thermometer while serving.
All foods have different consistencies so depending on what you

are serving you may have to adjust the temperature lower or higher

to maintain a minimum temperature of 140ºF (60°C).
Temperatures may fluctuate as the food is being served and the contents

of the buffet server, serving pan and / or warming tray are emptied.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Please take care of your LAZY SUSAN BUFFET by following these simple instructions.

•

Unplug the Power Cord from the electrical outlet and allow the unit to cool completely.

•

Wash the Lids, Buffet Trays, Serving Pan and Turntable Ring with hot,

soapy water. Rinse well and wipe dry with a non-abrasive cloth.

•

Wipe the Warming Tray base with a dry, non-abrasive cloth or sponge

to remove food and liquid, preparing it for the next use.

•

NEVER place any parts in the dishwasher. Always wash by hand.

RECIPES

With the LAZY SUSAN BUFFET you can enjoy a variety of meals for any occasion!

Here are a few great ideas on how to use your LAZY SUSAN BUFFET:

•

Have a taco night or nacho night and fill each station of the Buffet Server with

hot toppings and fillings like refried beans, rice, meat and nacho cheese.

•

Cook up your favorite one-skillet meal and keep it warm using the Serving Pan.

•

Round out a delicious meal with a variety of hot desserts, like bread

pudding, apple crisp and peach cobbler, using the Warming Tray.
With a little imagination, you can come up with special uses for

your buffet. Be creative, eat good food, and enjoy!
