5.5.1.2 Manual Searching
After setting the search parameters like frequency, symbol rate etc, you can find the services in
the transponder you selected. There are two bars on the bottom to indicate the signal strength
and quality. The bars in red color show the signal is in good conditions.
You can press
▲ / ▼ keys to select between following items, and ◄ / ► or 0...9 keys to change its
value:
D/L Freq.
Input transponder frequency.
Symbol Rate
Inputs symbol rate of the transponder.
Polarization
You can select the polarization of the transponder by setting
Horizontal
or
Vertical
. In horizontal
case, the 18V and in vertical case, 13V are output through LNB line.
PID Search
In PID search mode (
ON
), you can search a specified service by input its A/V/PCR PID's. Set it
ON
and press OK, you will be able to move to Searching by PID menu.
SAT No.
Select the satellite number that corresponding to the value of the Antenna alternative.
LNB Freq./22KHz/DiSEqC
As you have set all the values in Antenna Setting menu, you do not have to change them in most
cases. After selecting all above values, press OK key to perform service searching or MENU key
to exit.
