Attaching the U-bar and the cross bars

See the diagram below. Plug two cross bars (D) into the armrest (A).
Secure cross bars (D) with washers (L) and bolts (M) using hex wrench (N).
Align the U-bar (C) to the armrest (A).
Secure the U-bar (C) onto the armrest (A) with washers (H), lock washers (I) and bolts (J) using hex wrench (K).
Place the armr
Follow the above procedure to attach the armrest (B).
Fully tighten all bolts (J) and (M) once all bolts are in place to form a chair base.
