6.2. Connection diagram for 1x230 V operation
The diagram is located on the inside of the housing cover
6.3. Electrical connections
We recommend connecting the control cables first and
then the power cables which are located higher up.
The connection diagram above can be found on the inside
of the cover of each controller.
6.3.1. Supply cable, power supply terminals
The power supply is connected directly at the ON/OFF
switch or alternatively via terminal blocks.
The maximum possible cross-section for the supply is
4.0 mm². The connecting cable is inserted through an
M25 cable gland. The maximum backup fuse rating on the
mains side is 3x25 A.
6.3.2. Connecting the pumps
Pump cables are also routed into the housing via M25 ca-
ble glands (up to max. H07RN8-F7x1.5 mm²). The power
wires U, V, W of the pump cables are connected directly
to terminals 2, 4 and 6 of contactors -Q1 and -Q2.
All other connections are made via plug-in screw ter-
minals. The available terminals are illustrated in sec-
tions 6.1 and 6.2 of this manual.
6.3.3. 230 V 50/60 Hz-5A power output
The controller has a 230 V/5A power output. The terminal
is specially marked and designed as a plug-in terminal and
is marked accordingly.
3 different functions can be selected for the power output
(see HOMApp):
1. Alarm flashes if there is a collective fault
A 230 V fault signal lamp can be connected directly to the
terminal
2. 230 V power output
Terminal carries 230 V continuous voltage, e.g. for a heat-
ing system
3. Compressor cycles
The output cycles – on for 20 sec and off for 10 min.
Please note:
This is to extend the service life of the air bubble
compressor. During compressor operation, level
measurement is suspended to avoid falsifying the
results. If the compressor is running in continuous
operation, the switching limits must be increased by
approx. 5 cm due to the higher pressure.
