11.1 Changing grinding wheel / drive belt
Before starting the work, disconnect the machine from the power supply.
Unscrew the wheel counterclockwise with the
wrench.
NOTE : Hold the grinding wheel with protective
gloves against turning.
 remote the plate and flange.
 The grinding wheel can now be removed
from the shaft. Possibly lightly tapping with
mallet.
 Unscrew the 2 hexagon socket screws.
Remove the disc cover from the base unit.
The belt can now be removed.
The new belt just hang up.
4.
 A new drive belt on pulleys hang up and
briefly examine the concentricity.
 Place the disc cover and tighten with the
Allen screws.
 Slide the existing or new grinding wheel on
the shaft.
 Tighten flange and perforated disc with
spanner.
Pay attention to exact vibration-free concentricity when the machine. If
necessary, the grinding wheel dressing.
