Changing hydraulic oil
Ensure that the lifting arm is fully lowered. For this purpose open the hydraulic valve by
turning it counterclockwise.
Remove the cover plate (1) and open the oil filling screw (2).
Tilt the product to allow the old hydraulic oil to drain off completely. When changing, use
suitable containers with sufficient volume!
Reposition the product and fill high quality hydraulic oil into the oil filler plug hole until it
reaches the top of the oil filler hole.
Open the hydraulic valve by turning the lever counterclockwise. Pump with the lever to
release the air from the system.
Check the oil level again and refill if necessary.
Replace the oil filling screw (2) and the cover plate (1).
Clean the product thoroughly with a dry cloth and dispose of the old hydraulic oil properly.
14.2.4
Bleeding
Open the hydraulic valve carefully by turning the lever slightly counterclockwise. This will
reduce the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder.
Remove the cover plate (1) and open the filling port by unscrewing the oil filling screw (2) of
the hydraulic ram (3).
Pump the lever several times to purge air from the hydraulic ram.
After bleeding replace the oil filling screw (2) and the cover plate (1).
Close the hydraulic valve by turning it clockwise and check the lifting capacity of the product.
If the lifting capacity is insufficient, check the hydraulic oil level.
Clean the product thoroughly with a dry cloth and dispose of the old hydraulic oil properly.
14.2.5
Grease lifting arm (only for RWH300 and RWH400)
If the lifting arm movement becomes sluggish,
use a grease pump to fill a few strokes of grease
into the reservoir via the grease nipple (4).

Improper storage can damage and destroy important components. Only store packed
or unpacked parts under suitable ambient conditions.
When not in use for a longer period, store the product in a dry, frost-proof, lockable place to
prevent the formation of rust on the one hand and to keep unauthorised persons and especially
children away from the product on the other.
