TRANSPORT
W A R N I N G
Damaged or insufficiently strong hoists and load slings can cause serious injuries or
even death. Always check hoists and load slings for sufficient load capacity and
perfect condition, fasten the loads carefully and never stand under suspended loads.
For proper transport, follow the instructions and information on the transport packaging regarding
centre of gravity, attachment points, weight, means of transport to be used and prescribed
transport position, etc.
Transport the machine in its packaging to the installation site using a forklift or pallet truck with
the appropriate load capacity.
The machine is heavy - please get assistance from a second person when transporting the machine
and ensure the correct body posture when lifting, carrying and setting down the load:
Lifting, Depositing
Ensure stability when lifting / setting down (legs hip width).
Lift / lower load with bent knees and straight back (like weightlifter).
Do not lift / lower the load jerkily.
Carrying
Carry load with both hands as close to body as possible.
Carry load with straight back.

ASSEMBLY

Preparatory activities
15.1.1
Check scope of delivery
Always note visible transport damage on the delivery note and check the machine immediately
after unpacking for transport damage or missing or damaged parts. Report any damage to the
machine or missing parts immediately to your retailer or the shipping company.
15.1.2
Select the installation site
Make sure that the floor at the installation site is even and can
bear the load of the machine. Anchor the machine to the ground
after setting it up. The required depth depends on the
hardness/consistency of the ground - the less hard the ground is,
the greater the anchoring depth required. The minimum space required for the machine is
determined by its dimensions plus a safety zone of around 0.8 metres in all directions around the
machine. A power connection and sufficient lighting for safe working is also required, as well as a
connection to a dust collector system.
