SECURITY
2.1
Intended use
Machine shall be used only in good technical condition. Any conditions that may harm your
health, have to be prohibited. It is forbidden to change, alter or manipulate any machine
parts, any parameters or devices on the machine without prior written permission by us.
The person operating the machine shall operate it from the front right side of the machine.
The operator shall not stand directly in front of the machine
The LBM 220 mortising machine is designed for mortising operations in
wood and wood compo-
site materials.
The max. allwoed boring diameter is 16mm.
The machine is suitable for precise pin drill works.
The machine shall be operated within following conditions:
Humidity
max. 90%
temperature
von +1°С
bis +40°С
Height above sea level
max. 1000 m
The machine may not be used outdoors.
The machine must not be used under conditions with fire or explosion hazard.

Misuse
Do not operate the machine outside the stated restrictions laid down in this manual.
Do not operate the machine over its output capacity.
Do not use the machine for any other material than wood and wood composite products
and plastic.
Do not manipulate the machine.
