Setting the milling cut-off
The amount of material removed from the workpiece
can be adjusted by means of the handwheel (1).
The set value is shown on the display (3).
e.g.: 2.0 mm are set, 2 mm are removed at the edge
of the workpiece.
The setting of the milling cutter in clockwise direction
(2) is selected with 0.2mm.
If the value of (2) is too high compared to (1), a step
(S) is milled into the edge of the workpiece.
Note: Delivery condition is both milling cutters are set
to 0.0mm, i.e. no milling removal.

Setting edge band saw angle
The two edge band saw units can be swivelled up to
10°. This allows you to choose the shape of the cut-
off, see figure A and B.
To adjust, loosen the screw (3) on the sawing unit, ad-
just the angle and then retighten screw (3).
Adjustment can be made at both sawing units (end,
beginning).
