MAINTENANCE
A T T E N T I O N
During cleaning and maintenance with connected machine:
Property damage and serious injury from inadvertent starting the machine!
Therefore:
Switch off the machine before servicing, and disconnected from the
power supply
The machine is low maintenance and contains little parts that must undergo a maintenance oper-
ator.
Check regularly that all warning and safety instructions on the machine and available in a perfect-
ly legible condition.
Check before every use the perfect condition of the safety devices as well as the saw blade!
For storage of this machine may not be stored in a humid room and must be protected from the
influence of weather conditions.
Before first use, and then every 100 hours all movable connecting components (if necessary be-
fore cleaning with a brush of chips and dust) with a thin layer of oil or grease grease.
The elimination of defects does your dealer.
Repair work may only be performed by qualified personnel!

Cleaning
The complete and utter cleaning ensures a long life for the machine and
represents a safe-
ty requirement
After each shift, the cutting torch and all parts must be thoroughly cleaned
.
N O T E
The use of solvents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners leads to damage to
the machine!
Therefore:
When cleaning, use only mild detergent
Impregnate bare surfaces of the machine against corrosion (e.g., anti-rust WD40)
