Changing the Chip Bag
W A R N I N G
Hazard due to wood dust! Inhalation of wood dust is hazardous to health! Always
wear a dust mask when emptying the collection bags. When disposing of the
sawdust, ensure that it is disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations!
N O T I C E
Change the chip trap bag when it is 60-70 percent full. Only use chip trap bags that
match the dimensions of the machine. Only use 100 percent tight chip trap bags.
Procedure:
1.
Before changing the chip bag, switch off the machine at least 10 minutes in advance so that
dust particles settle.
2.
Before changing the chip bag, disconnect the machine from the power supply.
3.
Release the bag clamp.
4.
Remove the chip bag from the impeller housing and close up the opening.
5.
Assemble a new chip bag and tighten the bag clamp to fix it to the machine.

Storage
N O T E
Improper storage can damage and destroy important components. Only store packed
or unpacked parts under the intended ambient conditions!
When not in use, store the machine in a dry, frost-proof and lockable place to prevent the
formation of rust on the one hand and to ensure that unauthorised persons and in particular
children have no access to the machine on the other hand.
16.5
Disposal
Observe the national waste disposal regulations. Never dispose of the
machine, machine components or equipment in residual waste. If necessary,
contact your local authorities for information on the disposal options
available. If you buy a new machine or an equivalent device from your
specialist dealer, he is obliged in certain countries to dispose of your old
machine properly.
