CAUTION: The surfaces of the appliance get hot. To avoid accidental
burns, scalping, or steam being released while cooking, always open
and close the lid by using an oven mitt.
The included measuring cup has a piercing pin that is very sharp. Always be very careful
when using it, as it may cause injuries.
FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
USING THE APPLIANCE:
1.
Make sure the knob on the appliance is set to “OFF” before you plug it in.
Remove the lid.
TO COOK 1-4 EGGS:
1.
Using the mark lines on the included measuring cup, pour about 80ml of cold
water into the electric plate.
2.
Place the cooking rack over the base of the unit.
3.
With the piercing pin located at the bottom of the measuring cup, pierce the
bottom side (large end) of each egg and place them on the cooking rack, with
the pierced bottom facing up.
NOTE: piercing the egg is recommended to be
able to peel it easily. However, this is optional according to your preference.
4.
Place the lid on the appliance making sure that the steam exit holes are facing
away from you and turn the knob to the desired cooking degree. The indicator
light will turn green.
NOTE: The light ring around the knob will light up a specific color depending on
the cooking degree selected: Yellow for soft-boiled eggs, orange for medium-
boiled eggs, and red for hard-boiled eggs.
5.
The appliance will make a buzzing sound when it is finished cooking. When
that happens, turn the knob back to he OFF position.
6.
Remove the lid ONLY by the handle and remove the eggs immediately to
prevent overcooking. NOTE: be careful when removing the eggs, as they will
