Unpack the unit from the box, remove the paper from the corolla.
Lower the breathing corolla in order to lift the cover, holding it by both sides. 
Take off the protective paper.

Fill the bubbling flask 

A

with Special Bol d’air

®

Orésine

®

as far as the middle of 

the 2 red dots. 
Upper dot = maximum level not to be exceeded.
Lower dot = minimum level to be adhered to the maximum efficiency of the unit.

Close the left bubbling flask 

A

with the head of flask 

B

. Make sure it is tightly

locked onto flask 

A

: press home by turning a little clockwise. 

Under no

circumstances must the product overflow of the bubbling flask when the unit is in use.

Place the head of right flask

on decanting flask 

C

. Put a little lubricant on your

finger and apply to the plastic plug and onto the head of the right flask end to
facilitate assembly of the glassware. Insert the tube from the head of bubbling
flask

into the side entry of decanting flask 

C

.

Pick up the assembly (by the flasks) and place on the unit, inserting the decanting
head in its entry (See 

 

p.4). Check that the assembly is in the correct position.

Gently close the cover, by both sides and bring up the breathing corolla. 

NB. Never operate the unit with the cover open.

 Plug the cord behind the unit, then connect it to the mains socket. Switch on.
