MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING THE UNIT
1. Check the level of Special Bol d’air
®
Orésine
®
Compound
Before each session check that the level of terpene compound suitable for the unit is
adhered to between the 2 dots. If this is not the case, top up the product to restore
the level. (See
p.6).
2. Change the Special Bol d’air
®
Orésine
®
Compound
For best results the product must necessarily be changed every 3 or 4 weeks.
N.B. When changing the Special Bol d’air
®
Compound, or to top up, the glassware
assembly must be removed from the unit.
Never fill the flask inside or above the unit.
If the unit is not used for a long time,
we recommend draining the terpene compound
from the bubbling flask at the last session of Bol d’air
®
and cleaning the unit and its
glassware thoroughly.
3. Clean the unit
The unit must be cleaned regularly, every 3 or 4 weeks, whenever the Special Bol d’air
®
Compound is changed completely or whenever the course is interrupted.
• Clean the plastic and plexiglass parts of the unit with a special plastic product,
or special glass product without alcohol, or with soapy water.
• Flush the bubbling flask with a little fresh Special Bol d’air
®
Compound.
• Wipe the flask tops with a rag lightly soaked in fresh Special Bol d’air
®
Compound
(avoiding the rubber seals).
• If certain parts of the glassware are very sticky or difficult to clean, soak it in 70°
alcohol (never use household alcohol or fuel alcohol) or very hot water to which a
degreasing agent has been added, then flush liberally with hot water and
allow to
dry fully before re-use (allow one night of drying).
• Before using the unit, make sure that there is no condensation still in the
glassware.
