BULB REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.

    Do not unplug by pulling on cord.

2. Lift up to unsnap locking tab; then pull lamp and plastic base 

    straight out of lamp holder.

3. Replace lamp with only 2.5-volt push-in type lamp provided with product.

FUSE REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.

2. Open fuse cover by sliding open the fuse access cover on top of

    attachment

 then fold.
