MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Keep in accuracy connection clamps, don’t allow ingress of acid, it cause corrosion. It is
recommended to smearing clamps.
BATTERY CHARGING

Filled dry charged battery with electrolyte, is not necessary to rechares.
.
While willing the battery and electrolyte temperature should be not lower than 10 degree.
.
Open the battery jar.
.
Fill it all jars with electrolyte to the level mark or up on 15mm of plates.
.
Allow battery to stay about 15 min, then easy swing battery and if it is necessary add
electrolyte.
.
Screw or push plugs, and clean surface of battery off electrolyte.
.
Flood batteries are ready for installation and operation.
NOTE:BY LOW TEMPERATURE OR ADVERSE CONDITIONS OF STORAGE THE
BATTERY IS NOT WORK PROPER THEN IS NECESSARY TO CHARGE.
BATTERY INSTALLATION

Before installation or deinstallation of battery turn off car electricity
.
Don’t allow short circuit by tools
.
Before deinstallation disconnect clamp minus (-), and then plus (+).

While install it clean installation surface.

Fix it accordingly
.
Clean terminals and clamps and lubricate it.
.
First one connect clamp (+), and then (-), then make sure it is fix well.
BATTERY CHARGING AFTER TAKING FROM CAR

Before charging check electrolyte level and if it is necessary fill it as is demand.

Disconnect and take battery from car before charging.
CAUTION: RESPECT CAR INSTRUCTION RULES ABOUT CORRECT CONNECTION
AND DISCONNECTION OF BATTERY CHARGER!

Charge the battery just with DC.

Connect plus clamp (+) of battery charger to terminal (+) of battery then clamp (-) con-
nect to battery terminal (-)

Connect battery charger just after battery connection. After charging, first disconnect
battery charger and then disconnect it from battery.
.
It is recommend to charge battery with amperage range equal with one decima of battery
capacity, for example: 55А/h :10= 5.5А (amperage).
